Operations Director & Airotel Group of Hotels

I efficiently organized and managed operating for six hotels, consistently meeting budget goals while enhancing operational and financial efficiency. I conducted market trend assessments to drive strategic business decisions and portfolio growth for Capital H Hotel Management. Additionally, I coordinated pre-opening management teams and performed a highest and best-use for new hotel investments.

2020-2022

Operations/Projects Director & Hotelbrain International

I have successfully launched a sustainable hospitality project in Santorini and a 300-bed resort in Cyprus during the pandemic. Throughout the development phases, I provided continuous consultancy and support. Additionally, I created 12 business plans, 5 due diligence reports, 2 feasibility studies for investors, while enhancing operational consistency with a comprehensive 300-page standard operating procedures report.

2016-2020

General Manager & Nikki Beach Santorini  & Katikies Resort

As the General Manager of Nikki Beach Santorini, I effectively trained teams for a smooth transition pre-opening to full operations, promptly addressing maintenance issues and achieving high guest evaluation scores. I improved guest KPIs by 0.8 points on Booking.com through a robust performance evaluation system. In my role as General Manager of Katikies, I secured a 91.8% score in the LQA audit in 2018 by implementing systematic departmental training according to SOPs. I also met financial targets by enhancing departmental sales through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships with regional and international OTAs.
